    • 6:30 p.m. - Welcome Cocktail with Guest Chefs

    Meet the chefs and the representatives of the best national beers who will accompany us during this three-day event.

  • August 27

    • 2:00 p.m. - Cooking Competition

    During the first stage of the competition, 3 of our guests will compete to prepare the tastiest and most original ceviche.


    6:00 p.m. - Seaside Dinner on the terrace at El Patron

    Enjoy a 5-course oceanfront dinner with the most varied seafood and a large selection of Mexican beers.


  • August 28

    • 2:00 p.m. - Cooking Competition

    During the second stage of our cooking competition, 3 guests will compete to prepare the tastiest and most original grilled fish.


    6:30 p.m. - Buffet dinner on the beach, live music and dancers on stage.

    Join us for a buffet dinner with a variety of seafood dishes and an open bar with the best beers in Mexico. Live music group and show.
