Festival Gourmet International 2022 in Puerto Vallarta and Riviera Nayarit

One of the most highly anticipated events of the year, the 27th annual Festival Gourmet International is returning to Puerto Vallarta and Riviera Nayarit Mexico this November 10 to 22. Featuring gourmet food, famous chefs, and award-winning Mexican gastronomy, this is one of the Mexican events foodies are booking their vacations around.

Showcasing the best of Mexican gastronomy, the culinary experience includes 60 famous chefs and 30 restaurants throughout Puerto Vallarta, Tepic, and Riviera Nayarit Mexico. 

Gourmet Festival Events of the Year

This year’s program includes a variety of Mexican events that begin with the Grand Gourmet Village, a number of Chef’s Tables, and a Great Wine Fest. There will even be a Chef’s Talk Show with famous chefs who will dish on their secrets to creating gourmet food and what it takes to make it in the world of Mexican gastronomy. The Grand Gourmet Village

Kicking off the event is an upscale party, Grand Gourmet Village, in which both the guest and local chefs all contribute their culinary expertise alongside live music and the official opening ceremony for the entire festival. Drinks such as wine, champagne, beer, and tequila will also be served by special event sponsors, making this experience one of the most unmissable events of the year.

Gourmet Dine Around

While there are a number of exclusive events on the program, every evening during the 10 days, the general public will be able to enjoy dining at one of the gourmet festival’s participating establishments, which include many of the best restaurants in Puerto Vallarta and beyond.

Known as the Gourmet Dine Around, each Puerto Vallarta and Riviera Nayarit restaurant will delight your palate with professionally crafted flavors prepared by local and guest chefs. Chef’s Table

On Friday, November 11 the gourmet festival’s most honored guest chef will be concocting an evening of distinguished dishes at Hector’s Kitchen in Punta Mita, one of the finest spots for modern Mexican cuisine of all Riviera Nayarit restaurants. This is just the first in a series of Chef’s Tables that will feature different chefs, their culinary talents, and some of the best restaurants in Puerto Vallarta and Riviera Nayarit Mexico.

Flavors of the Garden

Rounding out the list of Mexican events to occur during the Gourmet Festival International is a charity event in support of the Botanical Gardens of Puerto Vallarta. The evening will feature 15 chefs from the Vatel Club of Mexico who will unite to bring guests a delicious dinner with a cause.
